PreSchool 3K / 4K Program
We believe in the critical role that the family plays in being a child’s first and primary educator. We understand that sometimes families are looking for a way to help their child grow socially, spiritually and emotionally as well as to foster beginning exposure to early literacy and early math skills, as well as fine arts.
Our Pre K program is geared for children who are 3 and 4 years old. Research emphasizes the importance of play-based learning, child initiated learning, and student choice in early brain development. This is why play, exposure to a variety of concepts and themes each month, and the fostering of curiosity and exploration are critical components of our program. In addition, opportunities for large motor development through movement activities and outdoor play are emphasized.
Spiritual learning is fostered through daily prayer, attendance at mass, music and art relating to the liturgical seasons of the year, and service learning activities within small faith formations groups.
