Catholic Schools Week at a Glance

Buckle up, it is Catholic School’s week! Which means a week full of fun, celebration, a sprinkle of crazy!

HOW TO DRESS:

Monday: Every day heroes (nurse, doctor, emt, police, firefighter, absolutely there are more).

Tuesday: Fish Fry shirt (we like these for field trips because it is easier to identify our kiddos)

Wednesday: Dress as a famous American

Thursday: Vocations (we discussed the vocations of married, single, and religious life), but also the vocations of God’s call for your career

Friday: TEAM COLOR. Each student has been placed in a group (red eagles, blue oxen, white angels, and yellow lions) they can dress up in their color and be as crazy as they want (after mass of course).

Activities:

Monday: Nursing home field trip and Career day speakers (Music class as well) ** Please remember to send a snack that can be easily transported to the Nursing home.

Tuesday: Mass, gym at Rock ‘n Jump (we are leaving at 12)

Wednesday: Mass, open house, Mom’s coffee group, letters to service members, Faith Families group

Thursday: Vocation speakers, gym, family adoration and potluck (theme: chili)

Friday: Adoration, mass, catechism bee, electives
