Announcements Flyer

Folders today contain the following items for each family (unless noted otherwise):

  • Individual reminders about a variety of things.
  • Scrip Order Form for your convenience.  If you do not need to use this week, just leave in folder.  We will replace the order form as needed each week.
  • Family Eucharistic Adoration and Potluck flyer for next week Thursday, February 28 at 6:00 pm.  This months potluck is soup and salad.
  • Benefit Dinner sign up sheet for the “Dessert Dash”  Consider making a donation or be creative yourself with a special dessert.  Send in the reply form to school if you would like to participate.
  • Benefit Dinner Information Sheet.  Use the links to access forms you need for donations.

    Reminder: It’s not too late to submit Business Sponsorships & Live Auction donations
    Due to the many weather cancellations, we have extended the deadline and will be accepting sponsorships and auction items thru mid-March. We are grateful for all those that have contributed thus far.

    Dessert Dash
    Amazing baker? Dessert savvy? Just generous?
    We’re inviting you to bake a fabulous treat, purchase (or have donated) rich wonders at a special bakery, or simply contribute cash or a check for the purchase of something yummy.

    Wine Pull
    Donate a bottle of wine for the Wine Pull game at the dinner. Any and all varieties are accepted! Donations can be dropped off at the parish office.

    Volunteer at the Event
    Need some volunteer hours? Many hands will be needed before and during the event! Contact Bryna Fassino (bryna.fassino@gmail.com or 952-239-2048) for more information. Details on particular needs will be forthcoming.

  • Volunteer Log for third trimester.  Use this sheet to record any volunteer hours you are doing and turn in last trimester form.  If you are wondering where you are at with the 30 hours required, contact the office.
  • Pregnancy Helpline Fundraiser Comedy Night flyer.  See flyer for details for supporting babies and families in need.

    • Novena.  Reminder we start our school Novena to St. Peter this week Thursday, February 21 thru Friday, March 1.  This novena will be said at school in the morning but you are welcome to say it whenever it works into your schedule.  We ask you continue the prayer on Saturday and Sunday and we will pick up the rest of next week at school again..
    • Parent Teacher Conferences are coming up soon.  If you haven’t done so already, please remember to go to the signup genius for your child(ren) grade and pick a time to meet with their teacher.  Links are in the email sent with Wednesday announcements.
    • Dane County Health has sent a letter to school from the CDC about the recent outbreak of Measles in western states.  Public Health reminds schools to make sure immunizations are up to date.  Please remember Wisconsin law allows for exceptions for immunizations but wanted to remind families that Measles are highly contagious.  If you would like more information about measles, let the office know.
    • Reminder: If you have fulfilled your recess duty of 4 days per student and still need volunteer hours for the 30 hours required, consider filling in for either the lunch recess duty or the preschool recess duty. Both have many blanks with no volunteers at this time. Follow the link on your email to look for opportunities to sign up. See above list of those assigned and you can see how many are listed as none.
